Piarom Date

The Piarom date, considered one of the finest and most luxurious date varieties in Iran and worldwide, is also known as Maryam or chocolate date. It is exclusively cultivated in the Hajiabad region of Hormozgan Province. The unique climatic conditions of this region, combined with traditional and organic farming methods, result in a high-quality date with an exceptional taste.

The physical characteristics of Piarom dates include a large size (approximately 3.5 to 5 centimeters), a dark brown to black color, thin skin adhered to the flesh, and a semi-dry texture with moisture content less than 15%. These attributes place Piarom dates in the semi-dry category, offering high durability.
