Physical and Visual Characteristics

Kabkab dates are yellow when unripe (khark stage) and turn dark brown when fully ripe. The fruit is oval-shaped with a medium size (approximately 3 to 4 centimeters) and has a semi-dry, juicy texture. The skin is relatively thick and adheres to the flesh. Its final moisture content is around 18 to 20 percent, placing it in the category of semi-dry or moist dates.
